We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving business growth. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, creating and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the team achieves its targets.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the sales team
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
-Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
-Meet or exceed sales targets
-Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
-Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management
-Ensure the sales team is trained and equipped to meet the demands of the market
-Attend trade shows and other events to represent the company
Requirements:
-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the garage door industry
-Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
