 Enterprise and Operational risk management
Enterprise and Operational risk manager duties:
 Leverage subject matter expertise and employ in-depth knowledge as a specialist of risk management techniques to support the enhancement of risk owners’ identification and assessment of key risks exposures, both at the business unit and organizational level.
 Support operational risk advisory, review, and challenge, including monitoring and connectivity with enterprise issues, enterprise incident, and operational risk event programs.
 A high level of interaction is required with senior leaders and business areas at all levels of the organization.
 Provide review and challenge of risk activities for a defied segment of First Line business lines.
 Support execution of the RCSA framework.
 Responsible for the planning and execution of assigned Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) engagements, including project facilitation (e.g., training, education, support, etc.), coordination with applicable Second Line lines, and completion and delivery of effective challenge
