Deputy Program Director #2974

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a looking for an experienced Deputy Program Director to join our Teams in Washington, DC and Westin, FL!
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to the Program Director (PD) in the overall direction, management, and supervision of employees hired under this contract.
Be the liaison between the PD, key personnel, and all employees.
Provide effective document review, data analysis, on-line data entry support, and recommended revisions to user documentation in order to maintain the efficient and effective completion of all tasks assigned.
Represent the PD on technical performance matters, as directed by the Contractor, and shall be responsible for implementation of all quality control policies, plans, and procedures.
Requirements:
U.S. Citizen
Bachelors Degree
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Must be able to pass agency clearance
Minimum ten (10) years of supervisory management experience in information technology development, assessment, and implementation projects, including web-based systems, customer service operations, and administrative support personnel functions.
Demonstrated the required experience, skills, and the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Position is located in Washington, DC and Westin, FL
