Business Development Manager / HORECA

at Jobisite in Dubayy (Dubai)

Our company is the leading food-tech company and №1 manufacturer of healthy foods in Russia. Company’s portfolio includes over 150 sugar-, gluten- and artificial additives free products, that are developed in our own R&D center and produced in a Moscow based factory.

We opened our Dubai office recently and now hiring a sales hero to distribute our product to HORECA.
Candidates must be fluent in English with a proven track record of being a “hunter” with the ability to open new doors, get appointments and meet senior decision makers within the UAE HORECA sector.

• Search for new clients in the UAE in HORECA segment
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
• Reach new clients and make deals
• Grow business relationships and sales
• Develop commercial proposals, elaboration of matrices and prices
• Planning shipments to customers
• Budgeting and development of trade marketing activities
• Achieve monthly assigned value and volume targets
• Track sales goals and report results
• Ensure and control timely collection of due payments
• Understand our clients’ needs

Requirements:

• Currently living in the UAE – candidates outside of the UAE will not be considered
• Vast experience in FMCG / Food and Beverage trading in the UAE (HORECA)
• Knowledge of the HORECA market in the UAE
• Self-motivated and hungry for success
• Independent problem solving

Key skills:

• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Strong sales experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with clients at all levels
• Good at Excel, Power Point
