Do you have a passion for coaching? Are you competitive? Come Coach for the Y Sports Team! The Sports Coach oversees the Sports program and coaching staff. As a Sports Team Coach, you provide feedback on execution and direction during Sports practice and games. The Sports Coach will develop goals for the sports team as well as individual goals. The Sports Coach will plan the weekly practice workouts and manage the meet program placements. The Sports Coach will inspire and prepare students with the confidence, courage, and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning.
As a Sports Coach you will respond to parents and team concerns, respond to incidents, and interact with parents and participants. The Sports Coach provides high level of customer service and ensures a safe and positive program environment and leads by example. The Sports Coach will facilitate a program that enhances the lives of youth by assisting them to goal set and achieve their goals.
