Position: Project Manager ? SAS Grid
Location: Remote
Hiring Type: Contract
Project:
Migration of SAS Grid environment from SAS data center to Santander data
center.
SAS grid installation, configuration, integration with Santander systems
(e.g. storage, LDAP, etc.)
Scope includes 10+ business units, with a total of 300+ end users.
User/content migration will follow a phased approach.
Role: IT Delivery manager - responsible for the technical delivery and
managing coordination of at least:
Define project plan, milestones and dependencies with other
technical/business teams
Product installation/configuration with SAS Prof Services and Santander IT
teams.
Communication with IT Director and managers/directors on the 10+ business
units.
Migration efforts with IT team and business end users, to migrate their
code and data, validate, and retire from current system.
Skillset:
Experience with SAS migration projects - specifically SAS Grid 9.4
platforms and SAS Enterprise Guide.
Strong experience with Citrix, LDAP, control-M, unix shell scripts, SSL
Strong knowledge of network, storage (Netapp),
authentication/authorization, file transmissions, job scheduling.
