Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver

at Jobisite in Florida

Disma Transportation LLC is a company dedicated to transporting patients from their homes to their medical appointments and vice versa.
We are looking for drivers throughout Florida who want to join our work team. To apply you need the following:
1) Have a 4-door SEDAN vehicle (from 2000 onwards. If the vehicle is less than 2010, it must be in good condition).
2) License registered in Florida.
3) Full Cover Insurance.
4) Valid vehicle registration
5) Clean Motor Vehicle Record and Background Check.
6) Certification in CPR and First Aid, Defensive Driving and Passenger Assistance.
7) Drug Test with NEGATIVE results.
8) Medical Screening Certification.

Payment is made per mile traveled, as follows:
I. Trips 0 – 3 miles = $6
II. Trips from 4 – 7 miles = $8
III. Trips of 8 – 10 miles = $10
IV. Trips 11 miles and over: $1 per mile.
