Our client is on the lookout for a keen content specialist to assist in the maintenance of their internal and external knowledge base. The ideal candidate will have experience with information gathering from multiple sources and following communications style guides.

Responsibilities:

Update and maintain the internal and external knowledge base content using the information system to respond to feedback.
Follow the information management life-cycle to review and retire content, ensure all articles are accurate, comprehensive and up to date.
Review and update internal and external communications, including email for quality assurance.
Plan organise structure process and evaluate information to create new documentation or edit existing documentation.
