Program Manager

Position: Program Manager
Location: Kansas City, Missouri(Onsite)
Type: Contract

Job Description:
? Organizes, directs and coordinates the planning and production of the
contract support activities to be managed.
? Manage AMaS program execution, removing impediments to flow, and risk and
dependency management. In addition, the Contractor shall align teams to a
shared business and technology mission and realize the accomplishment of a
value stream by supporting solutions that deliver benefit to the end-user.
? Maintains contact with all teams and ensures standardization of
policies/procedures and record keeping across all teams.
? Identifies and understands dependencies between teams and development
efforts, ensuring work is executed according to those dependencies and
associated risks.

Qualification
? Bachelor?s degree plus 10 years of experience, or Masters plus five years
of experience in Government Program and Information Technology Management
or a related field.
? Experience in staffing programs with properly trained and qualified
personnel using past efforts.
? Experience in managing programs/projects to meet the cost, schedule, and
performance parameters of the contract.
? Experience in managing agile design and development efforts using past
efforts.
