Federated Hermes, Inc., a leading global investment manager, is seeking a Business Specialist to join our Investor Services Team located in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities include:
• Perform on-going monitoring, reconciling, and reporting of the operational and service components of Non ‘40 Act Funds.
• Prepare accurate responses to email inquiries from intermediaries, transfer agents and various internal departments within the required timeframes and procedures using effective communication skills and a firm understanding of the products and procedures.
• Using V-look-ups and pivot tables, import and reconcile data from various external sources into the database according to procedures. Perform manual data entry with a high degree of accuracy and conduct research as necessary to resolve issues as needed.
• Compile and produce statistical information and charts for quarterly management meetings and GIC providers and other ad-hoc reports as needed
• Identify missing or inaccurate data and work with Relationship Managers to obtain correct data.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Degree in business related field or technology related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of business experience required; 3+ years of business experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel required; Advanced proficiency preferred
• Experience with data reconciliation required; Experience with databases, including Access for report production, analysis and data management preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills required
