Salesforce Lead Business Architect (CPQ Expert) / CPQ Salesforce Business
Solutions Architect

Job Description:

1. Strong understanding of Sales Business Process

2. Collaborate with Senior Sales leaders to eliciting and define
requirements, create business process flows and translate the same to the
Teams

3. Create Business Process diagrams and/or data flow diagrams

4. Clear understanding and knowledge of integration points in
Salesforce

5. Collaborate very closely with the dev and test teams to ensure the
work is in line with the requirements

6. Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with
Client SMEs,

7. Participate in Design review sessions and Design review board
meetings

8. Participate in Change control board and voice opinions around
change management in case of business process change and document the same

9. Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications

10. Collaborative project and workstream planning

11. Participate in UX sessions and design reviews.



Required Qualifications and Background

1. At least 10 years? experience in a leading role in delivering
Salesforce projects,

2. Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive
when online,

3. Should have worked in at least 2 Large Scale Salesforce
Implementation / Transformation projects

4. SF CPQ must have

5. Certifications

1. Salesforce Business Analyst Certification

streams

7. Outstanding written communication skills

8. Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way
that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence

9. Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a
multi-discplinary team of Salesforce professionals
