Job Title: HR Administrative Support
Location: 14300 Alton Parkway, Irvine, CA 92618-1898
Duration: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $42K/Annually - $44K/Annually
Shift Time: 1st Shift
Job Description:
•Administers and expedites employment contracts, job offers, benefits for employees and liaison with the onboarding process.
•Provides direct support for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on site.
•Tracks and monitors employment offers in process to completion.
•If you have administrative experience working or volunteering with a school, educational institution, medical facility or professional environment, then this could be a good career opportunity for you. We provide on the job training.
•(Will need to be onsite at least 3 days a week)
Responsibilities:
•Provides administrative support for Offer Letters, Employment Agreements and General Onboarding training for new employees
•Works directly with Human Resources (HR)
•Tracks and monitors Employment Offer status
•Supports Onboarding Orientation and Training
Education and Experience:
•Human Resource experience is beneficial but not required
•Administrative experience is beneficial
Skills:
•Ability to effectively use Office Software (Word, Excel) is essential
•Good verbal and written communication
•Ability to speak Spanish is beneficial but not required
