Boorowa Hostel Incorporated (Burrowa House) is a not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, community housing and retirement living in NSW

Boorowa Hostel Incorporated currently has opportunities for Enrolled Nurses in a 20 bed aged care facility. We are looking for casual/permanent part time /fulltime nurses and carers.

We have positions available for immediate start. Accommodation available.

Requirements

To be considered for this great opportunity, you will possess the following.

Have a genuine desire to help improve the lives of older people
Have compassion, empathy and great interpersonal skills
Have good verbal and written communication skills
Have good time management skills
Be reliable and trustworthy
Have the relevant qualifications or prepared to study towards them
Nurses – Current AHPRA registration
Carers – Certificate III in Individual Support, or be prepared to study towards it
Previous experience working within a residential aged care facility in a similar role as Registered Nurse
Willingness to obtain a police check
Show evidence of Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations
Commitment to obtaining COVID vaccination
Driving licence and own car (preferred)
