We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Paralegal in our Pittsburgh, PA location.

What You’ll Do
As a Sr. Paralegal, you’ll provide registered fund regulatory services to our legal staff, business units, outside counsel and clients to meet the requirements of the SEC, FINRA, and other registered fund regulators.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of paralegal experience or equivalent experience in a legal or
business environment
• Solid oral and written communication, time management and
organization skills
• Paralegal Certificate preferred
