Service Desk Agent-Dutch or German Speaker

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, someone who is highly attentive to all stakeholder details, and able to prioritize client-driven tasks.
Responsibilities
• Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity in order to prioritize their needs and provide unique solutions to problems.
• Own the Stakeholder Experience by liaising with diverse Help desks (for troubleshooting assistance), product partners (both certified through the client and third parties), and Quality Engineering teams.
• Coordinate regular calls with the client for refills and upgrades to product accessories.
• Process both client-generated and internally-generated service request tickets within specified delivery times.
• Administrative support to certify client details and alter any incorrect information within our stakeholder’s client database.
Qualifications
• High School Degree or Secondary School Completion Equivalent. A Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred.
• Advanced level usage of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly to platforms that allow issue documentation and frequent updates to drafted content.
• Ability to Multi-task and analyze various profiles.
• Previous experience in Customer Support or client-facing role, preferably in a multi-national environment.
• Required Language: German or Dutch: (C2: Native-Level) AND English: (B2 at least)
Benefits
• Salary: Gross €17950/yearly + meal allowance 6.83 per day
• Schedule: Monday to Friday office hours (8 hours day shift + 1 lunch hour)
• Relocation support of €1000 paid with their first pay check (if the candidate is outside Portugal)
• Hybrid working model for German speakers and remote (within Portugal) for Dutch
• Expected start date: 5th or 12th December 9th January
