Job Title: Senior Program ManagerJob Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL(Relocation

Key Technology: M&A experience, Clarity, MS Project, JIRA, risk assessment,
Waterfall/Agile 

 

Job Responsibilities:




Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising complex technology
projects.
Responsible for issue escalation and resolution
Scope change management
Cost/Benefit Analysis, and alternatives identification
Budgeting, and project costs management
Communication management and plans

 

Skills and Experience Required:




5-10 years of Program Management experience overseeing technology programs
Experience on large programs with multiple fraud management applications
with multiple interfaces and/or 3rd parties
M&A experience in the AML, KYC, Fraud, and Identity Management functions
within the Banking
Strong knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies
Project metrics gathering and reporting
Strong knowledge of Program Governance - Risk Assessment
Knowledge of IT Standards and Methodologies
People Management Knowledge - Workforce Planning
Communication and Facilitation Skills
Experience in MS projects and JIRA
Experience in Clarity time tracking a plus
