Solution Architect

Position: Solution Architect

Duration: 12 + Months

Location: Remote Work

Required Skills:

1. Must demonstrate a deep knowledge of architectural principles and
describe the employment of those on several projects

2. Demonstrates architecture experience producing end-to-end solution
models rapidly with focus on non-functional requirements

3. Strong UML experience and DDD (Domain Driven Design) and Event
Storming.

4. Significant experience with systems integration and platform
integration

5. Adept at requirements analysis, estimation, systems and application
design

6. Excellent collaboration, influencing, and consensus-building skills.

7. Excellent verbal and written communications

8. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal
supervision. Self-directed

9. A great team player, with demonstrable experience delivering superior
software products via Agile methodologies

10. Well versed with communicating complex technical details to business
and non-technical stakeholders

11. Ability to work with persons in all job functions (e.g. product,
development).

Desired Skills

? Experience/Knowledge of Mainframe

? Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodology

? Knowledge of AI technologies

? Experience with distributed caching solutions; understands the
factors that enable effective caching

? Should be able to understand and communicate business value of
architecture solutions.

? Experience defining the architecture to support
security/access controls/user provisioning requirements

? Experience working with cloud/multi-tenant applications

? Healthcare experience preferred
