We are seeking a Director of Engineering for our growing manufacturing client,
located near Hartford Vermont. The Engineering Department provides detailed
turbomachinery engineering, product design, prototype production, performance
testing, and product manufacturing for the Company?s global customer base.


Responsible for directing and coordinating research, design and development
activities and components, products, and systems, personally or through
subordinate senior staff members in their area of specialty. Assists in the
preparation of cost and schedule competitive proposals. Plans and oversees
staff, budget and projects for the engineering department.


Must have outstanding communication, presentation, technical and management
skills and strong technical knowledge of the turbomachinery industry.



Minimum of a Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is
required. MSME is a plus. Minimum of ten years of industry related leadership
experience is required.


Highly competitive salary and benefits package including relocation from
within the Continental United States. This role must be on-site. Must be a US
Citizen or US Permanent Resident.
