Dispatch Scheduler needs 2+ dispatching experience
Dispatch Scheduler requires:
 Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
 Proficient in Outlook for emails, following proper email etiquette, and able to use all calendar functions.
 Intermediate Excel and Word skills set is necessary.
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Able to work in a team environment and handle high volume of requests in a fast paced environment.
 have strong organization skills, follow up and ability to follow a daily cadence for work processes.
 Dispatching experience and familiarity with the Austin area.

Dispatch Scheduler duties:
 Review the work orders for each month, organize and schedule according to the prioritization guidelines.
 Upon completion of the work orders the schedule must review each work order for closure.
 Ensure all the paperwork is accurate, signed by the customer and placed in a status to be closed.
