Position: Production Associate
Location: Austin, TX
Pay: $18.50/hr base rate + Benefits
Shift Differential: 10% Night Shift ($20.35/hr)
Shifts Available:
Day: Monday - Friday (6am-6pm)
Night: Monday - Friday (6pm-6am)
Job Description:
As a Production Associate, you will be trained in how to help build the most exciting, environmentally friendly vehicles on the planet. If you have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and value teamwork in a safety-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Participate in the construction and assembly of Vehicles
Perform assembly work and operate manufacturing equipment for up to 12 hrs
Lift up to 35 pounds repetitively
Follow safety guidelines & procedures
Identify continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements:
You must be able to read, speak and understand English, both written and verbal
Must complete a background check, drug test, and physical
You must be able to perform assembly work and receive safety signals using sight, touch, and hearing
Must have experience using hand tools, and be able to do repetitive work
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work 8 - 12 hour shifts (plus mandatory overtime as needed)
Background check required
Drug test required
