Job Description
Role – BNY Mellon Wealth Management Residential Mortgage Reporting and Data Analytics Lead

As a portfolio residential mortgage lender, the Mortgage Origination and Servicing Team provides jumbo mortgages to our high-net-worth Clients. The Residential Mortgage Reporting and Data Analytics Lead will lead our mortgage reporting, data analytics and data quality control functions.

5-10 years work experience in the residential mortgage industry, with demonstrated progression, in mortgage reporting and mortgage data analytics. Previous experience with data warehouses and data engineering is a plus
Responsible for all mortgage reporting, including executive level reports and regulatory reporting submissions

Maintaining a data quality program is key aspect of the position

Integrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of residential mortgage industry standards
Participates in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure that products continue to accurately and efficiently process high value transactions
Solves complex problems based on a deep understanding and knowledge of system intricacies
Leads process improvement initiatives across different teams
Contributes to the achievement of team goals
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is preferred; experience with Encompass and/or MSP is a plus
Position is a hybrid role based in New York, Boston or Pittsburgh
