Marketing Manager Required

We are looking for an expert who will be responsible for delivering an integrated customer marketing approach including products and services deployment plan with assigned customers, leading planning and execution through key account teams. Defines business opportunities for market / customer based on consolidating and analyzing broad set of market data. Deploys marketing services program as suitable per customer. Ensures voice of market to Global teams. Manages Promotional investment projects.
What you will do
• Identify growth opportunities from product and category perspective
• Ensure strategic alignment with customers on category and product strategies
• Assist customers to set strategies for their products in TP cartons, seeking alignment between TP Initiatives/strategies and customers’ strategies
• Define joint strategic projects with customers to generate growth and differentiation (content and package), with strong emphasis on TP product deployment plans
• Identify market opportunities and convert into customers’ sales growth
• Support development of key account plans / marketing and product
• Provide input to ensure key accounts’ development plans aligned to category strategies
• Work with account management teams to develop product portfolio deployment plans
• Support execution of key account development plan / marketing and product
• Present category and product growth opportunities to customers as requested
• Execute marketing activities with customers and implement marketing support investment plan
• Play active role in specific customer requests / projects
• Market research
• Participate actively in account teams with product knowledge
• Value proposition and customer/consumer benefits
• Explore new opportunities for existing and new customers
• Figure out consumer insights and capture new opportunities
• Get inspiration across categories and industries and apply to existing business
We believe you have
• University degree in Economics/ Marketing
• Min. 8 years experience as a Marketing Manager (i.e. brand manager, product manager, category manager), FMCG experience is an advantage
• Have an excellent command of English and Urdu
• Marketing discipline awareness
• Ability to cope with set procedures, plan the activities and analyze data
• Excellent presentation skills
• Result oriented attitude and managing diversity
• Skills in innovation management and strategic agility
