We are searching for our next team member to join our Hospitality Services team in the position of Concierge Executive , based within the Sydney .

Key responsibilities include:

Delivering a warm, heartfelt welcome to all tenants & visitors & assisting with any enquiries they may have
Manage telephones, email accounts & tenant customer requests promptly and with our heartiest approach
Deliver concierge related activities such as restaurant bookings, VIP meet & greets, organize transport & hotel bookings alongside other such services.
What we need from you:

Strong passion for people and curating experiences for others
Experience in delivering genuine hospitality from the heart
Experience in computer use with associated tools.
