ARNP/PA/DO/MD Injector for Men’s Med Spa with 6months experience. We are looking for an experienced Cosmetic Injector to become a valuable part of our team. We are a patient-centric men’s medical spa offering aesthetic male enlargement treatments, anti-aging, body transformations, appearance and performance enhancing treatments. Male spa treatments include: Hormone Replacement, IV Therapies, Sexual Wellness and Penis Enhancement, and Nutrition Programs. We help our patients look and feel they're very best by combining science, wellness, and aesthetics to promote a healthy attractive body.


Professional Objective: The objective of this position is to perform guest consultations and conduct med spa treatments. The medical injector must be a professional with great communication skills, who is able to analyze guests' needs and customize MedSpa programs and treatments. Also, must have the ability to make home care recommendations, helping guests achieve desired results while meeting or exceeding revenue goals. They must be able to discuss pricing, promote customized programs and cross referral to other team members.

Position Description and Responsibilities
• The Medical Injector must practice the position in accordance with the Chief Medical Officers SOP’s.
• Recommend appropriate programs and home care products
• Develop and customize the guest's MedSpa experience
• Take before and after pictures
• Interact professionally with other MedSpa team members to provide the ultimate guest experiences
• Adhere to high professional standards in dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle
• Practice the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation
• Chart and document each treatment. Consistently record and update guests' records
• Ensure all consent forms are signed and uploaded to the EMR (electronic medical records) system
• Attend and participate in all general and team meetings
• Attend all in-house training and commit to outside continuing education
• Participate in all aspects of marketing, social media /special event planning and execution
• Abide by all county, state, and local laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety
• Report to MedSpa Director
• Follow all OSHA regulations
• Adhere to HIPAA Regulations
• Exceptional organization skills and follow-through
• Effective time management skills; prompt, runs on time
• Sales experience and ability to upsell

• Able to start an IV and knowledgeable on the different IV treatments that are available in the clinic and the indications.
• Prescribe and refill medications, peptides, and hormone replacement therapies.
• Regularly participate in marketing and social media content.
• Willingness to help grow a newer Medical Clinic
• Enthusiastic about providing excellent patient care

Required:

Minimum 6 months of aesthetic experience required.

• Florida State License with the Department of Health must be Current and in Good Standing
• Must be a licensed ARNP/PA/DO/MD, in the state of Florida
• Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines, industry trends & services
• Regularly participate in marketing and social media content.
• Willingness to help grow a newer Medical Clinic
• Enthusiastic about providing excellent patient care
•


Pay & Perks:

Hourly Plus Commission
