Senior Customer Service Officer (Singapore or Philippines) - WFH
at HEQS International Pty Ltd in Manila
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
• May mentor or give direction to junior team members and provide training on best practices.
• May assist management in ensuring performance goals are met.
• Assists the Customer Service Representative (CSR) with difficult cases.
• Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience in Customer Escalation Handling/ Good conflict resolution skills
• Must be goal-oriented, organized, and ready to work/think outside the box
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. (a must)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (a must)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask
• Proven leadership skills
