Principal Solution Architect
Location: San Ramon, CA (Local Only) hybrid work

Responsibilities
• Acts in a strategic role across assigned line of business or entire infrastructure domains, describing the current state and defining the target state and transition strategy for the organizations processes, and technology, and guiding or leading initiatives to achieve these transitions.
• Leads Enterprise-level initiatives that ensures the interests of multiple lines of business and infrastructure domains are represented in the architectural framework.
• Experience with the following technologies: C# .Net, .Net Core, SQL Server, HTML, XML, Javascript, JQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, SSO, SSL, REST, SOAP, oAuth 2.0
• Build strong relationships with cross functional teams by focusing on their needs and developing solutions to meet their requirements.
• Describe current state, define future state and transition strategy for large and complex applications.
• Perform research into technology partner/vendor solutions in context of business requirements for integration and automation.
• Utilizes proven multi-tasking skills when transitioning between multiple engagements averaging between 2-5 primary and simultaneously running projects
• Creates architectures, establish design patterns, proof of concepts, and other related artifacts for a wide variety of engagements, including custom .NET, key JavaScript frameworks, API, and Cloud-based software development project
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business users
• Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative when necessary
• Expert analytical skills across multiple functional groups
• Ability to build consensus across business groups on complex solutions or issue resolution
• Understand and comply with all applicable federal and state laws and banking regulations (including those related to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act / Anti-Money Laundering compliance)

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in leading software development process, projects and releases that are enterprise in nature.
• 3+ year’s experience designing cloud optimized applications in Azure: .Net applications, Web API’s, CI/CD, Containers, microservices.
• Familiarity with industry regulations involving but not limited to PII, PCI, CCPA, NCUA.
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude when dealing with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Demonstrated the ability to handle multiple projects at once, with strong organizational skills and minimal supervision.
• Manage daily work problem reports and schedule work requests in a manner that supports the business.
• Provide direction and support to team members regarding complex technical problems.
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
