General Labourer
at Jacobs Renovation in Quebec
Main duties and responsibilities:
Performs minor maintenance on electrical equipment, including but not limited to replacing or repairing fixtures (e.g., wall switches and sockets, incandescent and fluorescent lamps and lamps, ballasts, sockets, fuses, small appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hands, power supply and special tools.
Performs minor plumbing maintenance (eg, replacing or repairing leaks in drains and faucets, cleaning drains, laying trenches and new lines, replacing drain hoses on washing machines and similar devices, etc.).
Performs minor painting, joinery and stone work (e.g. surface preparation and use of a brush, spray or roller to apply paint, stains and varnishes, hanging doors, installing locks and handles, etc.)
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
Should be able to work flexible hours.
