Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by OCT 12; otherwise they can't work in the sector as per the recent Public Health Order

- Candidates who can communicate in Chinese will be preferred.

Job duties will include but not limited to:

Perform the full scope of practical nursing functions for clients with predictable outcomes
Assessing, planning, implementation, evaluation and documenting client care, and providing support to clients
Work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary care team and under general supervision, and support the registered nurse in caring for clients with unpredictable outcomes.
Work under the direction of a RN for patients where the acuity or complexity of care requires an advanced level of knowledge and skill beyond the scope of practice for Licensed Practical Nurses.
Qualifications:

Candidate must be currently licensed by BCCNM ( British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives)
Certification of CPR, First-aid and Medication Management Program
Ability to organize and prioritize
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to deal with others effectively
Related experience of one year is an asset
