 Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department in a union manufacturing plant.
 Support the recruitment and hiring process for hourly production positions; conducting new hire on-boarding; retention efforts
 Liaison with staffing suppliers
 Maintain personnel records; employee and/or labor relations
 Direct HR related inquiries to appropriate resources; other duties as assigned
 May support multiple facilities.
