Customer Service Representative/Call Center
at Lexie Staffing and Business Consulting in Manila
- Available sites: Alabang, Sucat, Molino, Pasay, Makati, Taguig, Antipolo, Vertis North, Fairview or Cubao (for those with no call center experience)
Customer Service Representative's duties & responsibilities:
- Answering questions about a company's products or services.
- Processing orders and transactions. (for sales)
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Delivering information about a company's offerings.
- Providing proactive customer outreach.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
Qualifications:
-No Call Center experience applicants are welcome to apply
- Completed atleast Senior High School
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned on either of those available sites.
Living within Metro Manila or willing to travel back & forth or relocate if ever living outside in Manila
- Not a former employee of one of these companies: Alorica, Teleperformance or Hinduja Global Solutions
