We’re looking for experienced and enthusiastic veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants to join our talented and friendly staff!
Hale Ola Pet Hospital is a new small animal practice located at the Kunia Shopping Center, near the heart of the fastest-growing city on Oahu. We provide state-of-the-art veterinary medicine in a caring, customer-focused environment. Our small team works closely with each other in a positive workplace atmosphere that encourages personal growth and development.
As a veterinary technician, you will:
Efficiently complete technical tasks while maintaining a positive customer service experience
Be responsible for assisting the Veterinarian in examining and monitoring patients in surgery, assisting with dental procedures, taking accurate patient histories and educating clients
Helping to maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the clinic.
Snuggle dogs and pet friendly cats

Have the ability to assist with laboratory diagnostics including urinalysis, skin/ear cytology, and lab equipment
Are able to restrain animals properly and safely for medical procedures
Can endure long periods of standing and lifting
Love to work with animals and don’t mind fur on your clothes
