Position: PeopleSoft HCM Functional

Type: Hybrid (at least 1-2 months initially Remote) | Contract

Job Description:
The Government of the District of Columbia, Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) is looking for PeopleSoft HCM Functional Subject Matter Expert in Time and Labor related solutions along with payroll knowledge.

Responsibilities:
1. Configure core HR, use PeopleSoft Time and Labor solutions for streamlining Time Administration process
2. Setting up core basic tables related to Time and labor implementation including time periods, defining task requirements and reporting, using chart fields in Time and labor and payroll options
3. Closely work with DCHR policies and District Agencies in meeting their time reporting codes, establishing workgroups, establishing Time and labor security and planned overtime stet ups.
4. Setup work schedules and enroll time reporter data
5. Creating rules in Time Administration and apply rules in batch processing or online processing reported time to payable time by running time administration process.
6. Provides guidance and expertise to PeopleSoft technical developers working on Time and Labor tasks
7. Coordinates testing efforts with the Software Quality Assurance team.
8. Develops, implements, maintains and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned modules.
9. Documents and provide training for policies and procedures regarding the PeopleSoft T&L
10. Ensures project life-cycle is in compliance with District standards and procedures.
11. Troubleshoots operational issues.
12. Provides support for any PeopleSoft development projects.
