Regional Account Director (East and West territories available)

at Jobisite in Texas

Motivating Radio™ is looking for Regional Account Directors to manage, onboard and train a team of Account Executives for our Western and Eastern Divisions. Territories will cover Western and Eastern markets in the U.S. and Canada, plus prospective International hosts which could be split between the two regional divisions. You can be based anywhere in the country.

Motivating Radio™ is a media agency that provides our clients with the tools they need to succeed in the media space. We offer a full-service resource for Coaches, Speakers, Authors and Subject Matter Experts. We provide audio and video program opportunities, coaching, media training, events of all sizes, speaking opportunities and audience generation among other services.

You bring a take-charge personality, a desire to succeed and a mindset to plan that success. We are looking to fill two positions that will work together as co-directors to oversee a team and plan and execute strategies for that team to bring in the next generation of motivational experts.

We love collaborating on ideas with our staff overall, since we come from all kinds of backgrounds and levels in life. We would expect our incoming staff to add to the discussion and ideas, since we’re not winners without being made up of winners.
