Sales Executive (Team Lead)

at Jobisite in Antique

Roles:
Motivate and manage sales agents to meet sales goals.
Track and monitor the team's sales targets.
All efforts to achieve goals are coordinated.
Report on sales metrics and identify any bottlenecks in the team.
Accept the company's daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Customer feedback can be used to generate new service/product ideas.
Investigate and learn how to improve customer engagement.
Make certain that sales procedures are followed.
Create an open communication environment for the team.
Collaboration with the Marketing and Product Development departments is essential to ensuring brand consistency and sales growth.
Ensure that the company's CRM system is properly updated and recorded.
Ensure that sales agents are immediately creating and/or updating client orders on the CRM system that the company has specified.
Collaborate with other senior representatives.

Specifications:
Work experience as an inside sales manager is expected.
MS Excel and CRM software are required.
Thorough understanding of the sales administration process
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
Math skills and a problem-solving mindset are required.
The ability to communicate in English is required (a minimum C2 level is required)
A bachelor's degree in sales, business management, or a related field is required.

$6-$7 per hour
