Full-time Call Center/CSR, Pays $15/hr

Call Center/CSR needs 1-3 yrs of experience
Call Center/CSR requires:
 External customer service experience required
 Call center experience
 Excellent communication skills.
 Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
 Intermediate knowledge of computer applications.

Call Center/CSR duties:
 Make outgoing calls to confirm installation appointments with customers.
 Track training and ensuring licenses are up to date.
 Order office supplies.
 Other duties as assigned.
