Job Title: Private Practice Licensed Independent Social Worker
Job Type: Full-time Flexible – create your own schedule
Earnings: Percentage of fees earned with Six Figure Potential
Job Description: Our private outpatient practice is looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and enthusiastic licensed, independent social workers to provide mental health therapy services to adult clients.

Qualifications:
 Licensed Independent Social Worker
 Master’s Degree in Social Work
 Prior work experience (including internships)
 Self-directed and self-motivated
 Comfortable with building relationships and dedicated to helping others
 Current on all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations

Responsibilities:
 Provide compassionate and ethical mental health therapy to adult clients
 Maintain time-management skills, be organized, and maintain up-to-date case files
 Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
 Maintain required client contact and follow applicable HIPPA practices
 Maintain good standing with the appropriate professional board entities
 Complete and maintain all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations
 Stay current with updated research
 Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure optimal client outcomes
