Machine Operator
at Dant Clayton Corporation in Kentucky
The position will safely operate machines, including and not limited to, such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punch that cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structures by performing the following duties. Enjoy a 4 day work week working 10 hours per day Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and working overtime on Fridays when needed. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as necessary):
a. Perform work in a manner that conforms to company safety policies and practices.
b. Perform work in a manner to meet the process and product quality requirements as defined by project / job specifications and company quality management system.
c. Perform work in a manner to meet or exceed the productivity goals set by supervisor.
d. Read and interpret engineering drawings and blue prints if applicable
e. Work with others in a team environment to accomplish project schedules
f. Be able to work extended hours and / or off shift work schedule if required
g. Must practice company values and beliefs
h. Must participate in company teaming culture
