Office Manager

at Jobisite in South Carolina

Job Responsibilities:
Greet and route visitors to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner
Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the office
Monitor stock and order supplies within budget parameters
Ensure proper mail distribution
Active truck driver recruiting to ensure consistent influx of business
Hiring and onboarding truck drivers by preparing and completing Driver Qualifications folders and prepare all necessary accounts in compliance with Company standards
Manage driver information databases for the Safety department to find detailed records quickly and accurately
Responsible for influencing employee morale and quality customer service
All other duties, as assigned
Talent Requirements:
One (1) year of Customer Service experience is required
One (1) year of Trucking industry experience is required
One (1) year of Safety department experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred
Solid knowledge of Human Resources and driver management
Advanced written and oral communication skills
Proficient in typing and working knowledge with Google suite
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast paced environment
Demonstrate a high customer service commitment
Able to demonstrate professional phone etiquette
