Full-time Account Clerk, PAYS $18/HR

at Global Channel Management, Inc. in Wisconsin

Account Clerk needs 2+ years’ experience
Account Clerk requires:
 Have an Associates or a Bachelors degree in Accounting or equal experience
 Excellent computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
 Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
 High attention to detail

Account Clerk duties:
 Keeping client statistical data entry, reporting and record keeping
 Managing 5 bank accounts with multiple reconciliations and responsibilities
 Completing daily reporting and communication
 Verifying EFT balancing reports and processing ACH/EFT returns
 Verifying and processing client end of month checks for mailing
 Processing stops payments and bank return items
 Verifying and reporting on office postage, client check postage, foreign conversion rate, , NSFs and end of month checks
