IT Support Engineer's responsibilities include:
Take ownership of incidents through the full lifecycle and provide solutions as required
Setting up and configuration of desktops and laptops
Managing user accounts
Installation of authorised software
Ensuring security and upgrades are kept up to date
Proactively improve IT systems by collating user feedback and sharing your thoughts with the wider team
Package for IT Support Engineer:
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
