We are looking for an MDS / Care Plan Coordinator RN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! The MDS RN's overall responsibility is coordinating and overseeing the MDS and resident care process. Also, to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements, certify completion, ensuring adequate reimbursement for care rendered.

Qualifications:

Have two years long term care experience
Have previous experience in an MDS position
Must have a valid state RN license that is in good standing;
Must meet all health requirements, including TB and drug screen, and pass a criminal background check;
