Quality Control Technician needs 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing Quality Control testing environment
Quality Control Technician duties:
 Associates degree preferred.
 Problem solving and troubleshooting skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to follow through on responsibilities and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
 Work with others in a respectful manner and as a member of the team to achieve all goals set forth in the department.
 Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
 PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and various databases.
 Demonstrated excellent attendance and reliability
 Flexibility to work overtime, extended shifts and/or other shifts on occasion
 Strong commitment to safety systems and OSHA required standards

Quality Control Technician requires:
 Test chemical and physical properties of materials to determine their conformance to established formulas and standards
 Generates Certificates of Analysis
 Logs information and test products in Quarantine area.
 Maintains retains.
 Follows retain disposal protocol.
 Enters data into Quality Database.
 Keeps lab supplies at working level.
 Comply with environmental, safety, and health policies
 Calibrates instruments and solutions used in the lab and has basic skills to perform various testing.

