Ghostrock, LLC., a subsidiary of Three SaintsBay, LLC and a Federal Contracting company looking for a Management Analyst in North Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of program management artifacts such as OBS, WBS, Org Charts, Task Books, etc.
Development and maintenance of project management plans
Development and maintenance of risk management plans
Soliciting risk elements, working with stakeholders to capture mitigation plans, and maintaining risk registers
Assist with monitoring the activities of a cross functional team to ensure successful completion of projects
Assist with the analysis of capital path and resource requirements
Analyze project artifacts and other relevant data to document lessons learned
Create Integrated Master Schedules, maintain multiple schedules, and analyze schedule conflicts
Effectively assist in the development and maintenance of a Communication Plan, stakeholder registry and communication tracking
Effectively assist in the development of SOPs by creating, charting and running Technical Working Groups with process stakeholders
Effectively utilize PMBOK principles and how they are applied to support a software development lifecycle
Effectively utilize CPI models such as CMMI, ITIL, and ISO in order to help identify process improvement opportunities
Requirements:

US Citizen
Active Secret Clearance is required
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business
Six (6) years of related analytical experience
Familiar with PMBOK and CPI models
Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project and Visio
Previous experience working with NIWC is preferred
Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
