Ghostrock, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager in support of Technical Administrative and Operations Services in Philadelphia, PA.

Position Responsibilities:

Plans, direct, and manage department level programs.
Establishes and controls the technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs.
Applies knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Defense Travel System (DTS).
Position Requirements:

US Citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an active Secret Clearance or higher are preferred.
Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
Ten (10) years professional experience in program/project management.
Experience should include planning, direction and management of department level programs.
Desired experience includes the establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs; functional knowledge of Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Defense Travel System (DTS). Working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, and Fleet organizations is desired.
