Waikiki Health is recruiting for a full-time temporary Job Training Participant Lead (JTP). The JTP Lead is responsible for training job training participants at the Keauhou Shelter with on-the-job janitorial & security training. They will work closely with the Housing First Manager to ensure services are conducted with the highest level of efficacy, consumer satisfaction, and consistent with contract requirements.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for supervising the cleaning and maintenance services at Kewalo Boat Harbor and Kolowalu parks.
• Responsible for creating the JTP work schedules for Kewalo Boat Harbor/ Kolowalu park.
• Responsible for hiring and termination of Job Training Participants.
• Responsible for ordering and picking up janitorial supplies for JTP.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have at least 1 year of janitorial work experience or associates degree can substitute for 1 year of janitorial work experience.
• Experience working in a homeless shelter setting preferred but not required.
• Driver’s license and clean drivers abstract required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours any day throughout the week
• Must be proficient in the latest version of Microsoft Word.
• Must be organized and able to complete all assigned tasks
