Product Owner needs 5+ years’ software development experience
Product Owner requires:
 5+ years of experience in software development
 2+ years of experience in financial services industry
 1 or more years’ experience working JIRA
 3+ proven experience working as a Business Analyst or Product owner in scaled agile
framework (SAFe) or other large scale agile frameworks
 Has a multi-facetted operational skills and experience including: development, analysis, project/program management, SLDC, LEAN, Continuous Improvement, and quality management.
 Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert
 knowledge of Agile, Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration
 Demonstrated experience developing stories in alignment with the feature roadmap for
agile frameworks
 2+ years Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level
application development projects.
Product owner duties:
 Responsible for defining stories and supporting scrum teams in the building of messaging and communication stories that meet our varying internal and external customer needs.
 PO will collaborate with product managers (PM), customers, and a wide range of stakeholders to identify and define requirements, maintain the team’s backlog, and support the development of Program Vision, Roadmap, and the Features required to meet these needs.
 Support other Agile Release Trains (ARTs) value delivery through the Program Increments (PI).
 Collaborates with PM and customers, and is the voice of the customer on the scrum team.
 POs are responsible for creating stories, guiding the development team through the SDLC process.
 Develope a clear model of how the stories provide value to customers
 Facilitate requirements elaboration, story construction, backlog refinement, and prioritization.
 Defines the sprint objectives in collaboration with the scrum team
 Ensures that Stories are complete and accepted per the definition of done
 Manages the priority of work and within the team’s backlog in relationship to the committed feature priority
 Is accountable for Scrum and SAFe ceremonies on the team
 Defines sprint plan within the program increment
 Works with Architecture to develop technical solutions

