Title: GraphQL Engineer:
Work mode: Fully Remote
Contract: long term
Working hours: PST

Contract Description
We currently have a contract opportunity for a GraphQL - Contractor to assist with the development needs of our client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with EY's engagement team and the client's Security Automation team by contributing to the development of GraphQL APIs
• Work within an Agile/Scrum team structure to implement stories that may include Security on GraphQL (e.g. ABAC and RBAC Authorization)
• Review business services/APIs to enable the delivery of a high-quality data-driven product
• Accountable for the facilitation of high-quality datasets for internal and external consumption by downstream users and applications
• Put forth a proactive approach to identifying issues and present solutions to the team
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong ability to develop GraphQL APIs and have 5+ years of Back-End Development experience
• Ability to craft GraphQL for resolvers
• Knowledge of JavaScript, with TypeScript being a strong "nice to have", and expertise around microservice applications and ecosystem
• Previous experience working within Node.js or Vue.js framework
• Have exposure to containerization and orchestration
