GVI, Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a looking for an experienced Management Analyst to join our Team in Charleston, SC.

This position will provide programmatic and technical management support in the areas of Program Management (PM), Schedule Management, Risk Management (RM), Configuration Management (CM), Documentation Management, and System engineering management support to Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic).

Position Requirements:

Employ applicable DoD, NIWC Atlantic, and industry standard practices in related support areas.
Provide full spectrum project lifecycle technical support to include but not limited to assisting with the creation of release schedules.
Perform data gathering and complete weekly critical path and impediment analysis and identify schedule and resource constraints which might lead to schedule slippage.
Assist with weekly schedule analyses in order to validate the integrity and quality of the schedule.
Assist in the development of detailed reports that identify and quantify variances to baselined schedules.
Support risks management activities such as identifying, analyzing, and categorizing risks.
Prepare for, coordinate attendees, reserve meeting rooms and distribute artifacts for weekly project status meetings.
Participate in various technical and programmatic meetings assisting with meeting preparation, developing draft agendas, meeting minutes, attendance lists, and action item lists as needed.
Assist in the development of programmatic artifacts such as work breakdown structures, and project plans In Accordance With (IAW) NIWC Atlantic’s Project Management and Process Framework.
Assist with maintaining various programmatic and technical databases to include IBM Rational’s JAZZ, JIRA and Vizor.
Participate in recurring programmatic reviews such as Program Management Reviews (PMR) and In-progress Reviews (IPR).
Perform data mining, analysis and reporting to support management inquiries.
Perform tasks utilizing Agile methodologies to support increment, sprint and story planning.
Perform process audits and produce finding reports.
Maintain stakeholder registry, RACI charts, organizational charts and communications plan.
Respond to customer data calls concerning cost, schedule and performance.
Assist with the maintenance of system configuration documentation.
Other duties as assigned.


Position Requirements:

US Citizen.
Active Secret Clearance (or higher).
Bachelor's degree.
Two (2) years of experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, and Development of Program Status Reports.
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
Most have a robust knowledge of the use the Microsoft Suite of products.
