Job Description
Key outputs:

The role includes support to the Head of Marketing in Madrid, as well as responsibility for the maintenance of all Iberian marketing collateral,
e-communications, events and web.

Maintain and enhance existing marketing core collateral, e-comms and websites for local markets and support to PanEuropean ones when needed.
Maintain Iberian marketing database up to date and ensure CRM system accurately reflects activity undertaken.
Manage the marketing automation tools to communicate with clients (Newsletters, invites…).
Update of Fund decks required for one to one meetings with clients at the back of Fund manager and visits, and work closely with the marketing head to deliver them.
Assist in managing the process from pre and post event (e.g. pre-event promotion and the post-event follow-up and materials). Manage the merchandising and documentation inventory.
Act as the main point of contact for conference venues and organise for booking and liaison prior and after the event as needed.
Company Intranet (Intralinks) must be kept up to date at all times.
Work in conjunction with the Marketing Head for Iberia and members of the Central Marketing Team on defined tasks for Iberia and Latin American markets.
Ensure the effective translation of all selling systems to ensure all regions are given consistent information in order to go to market on products.
Responsible for product data and messaging accuracy in all communication channels and to ensure that new product requirements are weaved into the information databases.
Support colleagues in Programme Management team in the creation of bespoke collateral for Pan-European and regional campaigns
