DESCRIPTION:
Position PC for clinical EMR integration projects. 1-3 years of experience is good. Strong excel, PowerPoint skills needed. Must be a go-getter. Right attitude!!

Contract 1 year from the start date.
Project coordinator who will work with other IT functional managers and PMs focusing on Complex IT projects in order to:
. Support Project Managers as necessary on various projects by ensuring all project information is documented inclusive of (Changes, Action Items, Issues, Risks and Decisions), project schedule updates and the preparation of meeting materials (agendas, meeting minutes, presentations, etc.)
. Compile weekly project status reports and other reports as necessary
. Interact with project stakeholders as required
. Ensure all project documents are stored in the appropriate document repository
. Assist with the maintenance (enhancements and updates) of agreed framework standards, including documentation standards/templates and process frameworks
. Participate and contribute to EPMO process improvement initiatives
